In order to avoid recurring payment disruptions, VISA has developed a service called the VISA Account Updater (“VAU”) Service through which the Credit Union will provide your new card details to participating merchants automatically. VAU enables the secure, electronic updating of your credit and/or debit card account information with participating merchants in a timely and efficient manner.
If you would like to opt-out of the VAU Service, you can complete and submit the form below. Otherwise, you are automatically enrolled in the VAU Service and do not need to contact us. Please allow at least 3 business days for your opt-out request to be processed.
