2023 Virtual Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is our opportunity to summarize the previous fiscal year’s accomplishments, report the financial health of your Credit Union and provide updates on products and services. The 2023 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. All members are welcome to attend remotely.

Click here to be redirected to our secure eProxy site, CUBallot, to complete and submit your proxy. Members can also request a paper proxy by calling 844.830.2315. All proxies must be received by January 10, 2023, to be validated prior to the Annual Meeting.
Each member in good standing is encouraged to submit a proxy vote to be cast in the member’s behalf to elect another member to serve on the credit union’s Board of Directors. Learn more about U1's Board of Directors.
